Electronic Repair Technician

Perform troubleshoot, repair and testing on electronic or electro-mechanical aircraft units to support department output objectives. Assist in the development of production documentation, perform minor repair and maintenance of production and/or test equipment, and provide training to production operators and technicians.

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology experience or education preferred
• Two (2) Years prior experience in Production and/or Manufacturing
• Experience in the manufacturing/testing/troubleshooting/repair of analog and digital circuits in Aircraft Instruments or other Electronics
• Effective interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Motivated individual, fast learner, and capable of working independently
• Aptitude and physical abilities to learn soldering and become solder certified
• Knowledge of prototype, assembly drawings and blueprint reading
• Soldering and mechanical assembly of a complex and critical nature
