Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing, documenting, implementing, and optimizing production processes in machine shop and electro-mechanical assembly environments, collaborating with various departments to achieve efficient and cost-effective production methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, etc)
• 5–10 years in electro-mechanical manufacturing engineering, including NPI and complex project management
• CAD/CAM proficiency (SolidWorks or similar)
• ERP/MRP systems
• Familiarity with automation and robotics
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, and manage priorities under pressure
