Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative team within a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with expertise in Electromechanical and PCBA components
- Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment including vision inspection systems and tooling design
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools and methodologies
- Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively using structured problem-solving techniques
- Mechanical knowledge of assembly lines, tooling fabrication, and process automation
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies within a manufacturing setting adhering to ISO 9001 standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
