Mechanical Engineering Intern: Summer 2026

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to gain real-world, hands-on experience in the design, development, and testing of electrical motors and automation systems. The ideal candidate is a student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and experience working in a laboratory or shop environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Sophomore-level standing or higher
• Coursework or experience related to mechanical engineering principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize information, files, and data effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
