Operations Director

The Operations Director role directs efforts of manufacturing and manufacturing support functions at the Southington, CT facility in carrying out production objectives safely at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements while meeting delivery goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or technical field or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership role preferred.
• Proven understanding of P&L structure for a manufacturing facility.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP experience.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills is necessary.
• Exceptional problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and work well with others.
