Operations Director

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations with a strong focus on achieving world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and people (SQDIPP).

Requirements

• Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to exceed expectations of internal and external customers.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of assets.
• Implement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Continuously improve SQDIPP metrics and initiate corrective actions.
• Serve as project leader and operations representative for major initiatives.
• Stay current on best practices in production management.
• Assist in developing and managing the manufacturing budget.
• Communicate operational or financial risks to appropriate levels.
• Ensure proper operational investment to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
