Power BI Technical Lead

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, data models, and reports in Power BI, utilizing DAX and SQL for data analysis and optimizing data models. Develop complex data models, create advanced DAX measures, and publish reports via Power BI Service.

Requirements

• 4–10+ years in data engineering experience
• Experience in cloud migration projects (Azure, Synapse, Databricks)
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components
• Strong SQL, Python, and Spark skills for ETL/ELT development
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and data security best practices
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects with offshore teams
• Experience in migrating and optimizing Power BI datasets and reports
