Job Description
Taylor Hobson is seeking an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of complex mechanical designs and provide technical leadership to small teams. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical capability and practical problem-solving skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- Lead the development of robust concept and detailed design solutions
- Investigate, analyse, and resolve complex mechanical design issues
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and contractors
- Deliver projects to agreed schedule and cost targets
- Ensure designs meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
