Job Description
Product Manager responsible for leading the strategy and lifecycle management of Abaco's portfolio of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, or embedded defense markets, Product management or technical leadership experience preferred
- Ability to build and justify multi-year business cases to the Abaco leadership team
- Expertise in FPGA architectures, RF system design and performance, Digital Signal Processing, and packaging
- Experience in managing relationships with customers and suppliers and interfacing with leadership within the company
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Experience with product concept definition and NPI launches
- Experience with embedded electronics and/or software
- Familiarity writing requirements with Military Standards
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers
- Ability to create positive outcomes in an influential leadership position without direct reports
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and customer communication skills
- Self-starter, inclusive, highly motivated individual
