Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Strong project management skills and experience in Lean Manufacturing and cell leadership

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
