Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor role directs and coordinates the work of production employees to meet customer needs and production goals. The role involves planning, establishing, and communicating work schedules, assignments, and production sequences, as well as interviewing and recommending hiring of production employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing technology, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment with leadership role preferred.
• Experience with basic computer tasks and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and work well with others.
• Experience with coaching or training is preferred.
• Strong oral and written skills.
