Zygo Corporation is looking for an experienced and result-orientated Sales Manager – Italy to drive our growth across multiple markets. The position is ideally located at AMETEK Srl headquarters near Milan, Italy.
Requirements
- Develop a strategic plan to deliver strong growth across all related markets in Italy and products that delivers consistent profitable growth
- Manage both direct and indirect sales channels (as needed) to develop and execute localized tactical plans to deliver growth in excess of national GDP growth.
- Manage pricing and discounting to balance growth and achieve profitable growth.
- Champion Key Account relationships within key markets
- Combine technical and application background with active sales performance.
- Manage and coordinate work with European Application/ Service Engineer to ensure that World Class Customer Service level is delivered coupled with strong revenue growth
- Work closely with the Metrology Division to develop sales strategies that deliver growth for all product lines
- Work with European based Marcom team to develop an Italian communications strategy to grow leads >10% / annum through multiple channels including websites, SEO, Social Media, print media, tradeshows, seminars, webinars, etc.
- Report and provide formal feedback to Zygo management on performance within the region.
