Job Description

Requirements
- Effectively manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Assess student progress regularly and provide individualized support and interventions
- Maintain open and professional communication with students, parents, and school staff
- Work collaboratively with the school's administrative and support staff to ensure student success
- Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
