Job Description
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Asbestos Manager in Speke, Liverpool. The role involves maintaining the Asbestos register, managing a small team of specialists, and working with supply chain to ensure safety and compliance. The contract covers the Central and North regions of the UK and Northern Ireland.
Requirements
- Responsibility to maintain the Asbestos register
- Manage/raise and close out reactive orders from works being undertaken which contain ACM’s
- Raise and gain approval for billable works
- Review import data from Specialist contractors
- Manage a small team of specialist within the Asbestos team
- Hold P405 qualification
- Worked within an Asbestos administration environment – desirably Social housing
