We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Customer Service Operator to join our dynamic Sheffield team at our Ecclesfield Depot. This role will be based on site, supporting the Sheffield account to deliver effective and efficient customer facing services.

Requirements

• English & Mathematics GCSE's (or equivalent)
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines, to prioritise own workload and work with initiative
• Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management
• The ability to handle diverse workloads
• Ability to understand complex schedules, with a logical, methodological approach
