Drainage Design Engineer

Amey is seeking a permanent Drainage Engineer to join their Consulting Highways team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work on highways drainage schemes, preparing and checking designs, and managing a small technical team. The role requires experience in highways/civil engineering, knowledge of drainage design processes, and ability to produce technically sound engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Developed experience and expertise within Highways/Civil engineering field
• Comprehensive knowledge of drainage design processes and procedures
• Ability to produce or oversee the production of technically sound engineering solutions
• Experience in undertaking project related tasks associated with health, safety and welfare
• Successful completion of the initial professional development leading to Incorporated or Chartered status
