Lead Senior Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Lead Senior Engineer to join our Consulting Highways team in Dublin, leading junior engineers in designing and delivering highway and public transport projects.

Requirements

• Lead a team to produce technically sound engineering solutions, complying with all relevant technical standards and client requirements
• Prepare and check designs, calculations, drawings, and documentation for scheme deliverables
• Oversee the actions of more junior members of staff and take responsibility for their actions
• Manage the commercial success of projects, controlling budgets and managing costs
• Liaise with clients and suppliers, attend progress meetings, and respond to queries
• Contribute to bid preparation and the general work-winning function
• Drive effective health and safety practices within the team
