On-Site Electrician

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Electrician in HMP Ranby. The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, with a base salary between £29,009 - £35,015 dependant on experience.

Requirements

• City & Guilds 2367 or 2357 Level 2 Electrical Installation works or equivalent
• BS7671 18th Edition, however, we will consider 17th Edition with upskilling to 18th Edition
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
• Good working knowledge of planned and preventative maintenance operations
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
• Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines
• Able to work at heights, to work independently and use initiative
• Understanding of fire alarm and CCTV systems (Desirable)
• Knowledge and experience of Electrical Systems and Electricity at work Regulations
• Basic IT skills
