Job Description
Originate residential loans, counsel and communicate with borrowers, and maintain prescribed system reports.
Requirements
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- Must be S.A.F.E Act registered through NMLS or have at least one (1) year of mortgage or financial services experience AND become S.A.F.E. Act registered through NMLS upon hire
- Preferred knowledge of HFLMC/FNMA, FHA, VA and other general mortgage lending procedures and requirements
- Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field)
