Job Description
Support the Director of Process and Systems with maintaining and implementing core systems, becoming a subject matter expert on KeyStone, Meridian Link, and Alkami, and assisting with other systems used as backup support for branches.
Requirements
- Schedule, run, and work on Keystone reports periodically
- Assist in release testing for KeyStone, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clean data
- Work with Business Intelligence to find outliers in the data
- Recommend changes to policy or procedures as needed
- Map new documents to KeyStone
- Provide support for online banking, test releases, and troubleshoot issues
- Manage tickets and work them through to a resolution
- Assist in managing the Deposit Account side of Meridian Link
- Test new vendors and assist with projects
- Assist in AmFirst Connect updates
