The Commercial Analytics Manager will guide analytical approaches and ensure collaboration across different functional teams to execute analytical work, generate insights, and support decision-making across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s with 8+ years or Master’s with 6 years of relevant sales & marketing operations, and/or analytics experience.
- Strong SQL, Excel, and Python skills, with working knowledge of Tableau and cloud data services (AWS, Databricks).
- Strong ability and direct experience with analyzing, synthesizing, and integrating various secondary data sources specific to US commercial pharma.
- Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, critical metrics, and performance evaluation in a commercial context.
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills; comfort independently manage project timelines and develop contingencies.
- Understanding of the strengths and limitations of different analytical approaches.
- Proven ability to influence collaborators and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills with ability to verbally and visually convey a compelling, concise narrative to different audiences.
- Ability to drive implementation to enhance methodologies and standard processes.
