Digital Product Manager(AI/ML) - Associate Director at Amgen, responsible for leading AI/ML Innovation Lab at Hyderabad Innovation Center, overseeing end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and execution across multiple teams developing AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
Requirements
- 12–18 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Proven record in AI/ML, Data Science, or Digital Transformation delivery
- Strong experience with Agile delivery, program governance, and metrics reporting
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
