Job Description
Join Amgen's mission to serve patients living with serious illnesses. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will establish and maintain relationships with healthcare partners to educate and communicate clinical and scientific data. You will be responsible for advancing the scientific platform, providing field observations and insights, and implementing a scientific engagement plan.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree & 3 years of Medical Affairs experience OR Bachelor’s degree & 5 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., or D.O. (Other Doctoral degrees are considered.)
- Two years of proven experience in scientific or medical affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company
- Three or more years of clinical practice, clinical research, or medical research. Experience in a medically related field can include post-doctoral training (i.e., residencies and/or fellowships)
- Rare Disease therapeutic area expertise
