Requirements

• Lead in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts for members of the healthcare community
• Operate independently, requiring minimal supervision, engaging business partners where appropriate
• Oversee timeline management and escalations as appropriate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sourcing, accounts payable, and finance
• Draft contracts, contract amendments, and resolve any issues relating to contract negotiation or management
• Manage payment inquiries that are received from members of the healthcare community
