Senior Associate - Learning & Performance

The Senior Associate, Learning & Performance will support the execution of key operational, reporting, and program coordination activities across Global Learning & Performance. This role will help enable scalable, high-quality delivery of initiatives spanning leadership development, customer engagement capabilities, and launch readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 - 9 years of experience in learning operations, training coordination, LMS administration, enablement, analytics, or a related function
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills required and Power BI experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams with a high degree of ownership, accuracy, and follow-through
