Senior Manufacturing Manager - Downstream

Amgen's Senior Manufacturing Manager - Downstream role involves providing leadership and guidance to a team responsible for 24/7 manufacturing operations in downstream purification. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring staff compliance with training programs to support safe and reliable operations. The Senior Manager will be responsible for organizational design, hiring and development of staff, and ensuring operational readiness to enable successful facility start-up and sustained manufacturing performance.
