Requirements
- PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, computer science, data science, or a related quantitative discipline, or Master's degree and 3 years of directly related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of directly related experience
- Strong foundation in computational biology methods, including statistical modeling and AI/ML, with the ability to apply these approaches to high-dimensional biological datasets
- Experience working with large-scale biological data, including long-read RNA sequencing, single-cell multi-omics, spatial omics, perturbation screens, translatomics, proteomics, and/or epigenomic data
- Proven ability to develop novel computational methods that generate tractable biological insights from integrating complex datasets
- Familiarity with disease tissue biology and the ability to interpret data in a biologically meaningful context
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience developing reproducible and well-documented analytical workflows
