Job Description
Amgen is seeking a Specialist IS Architect, Data to drive innovation in the Financial Planning landscape. The role involves developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision and strategy, collaborating with business clients and stakeholders, and establishing architectural standards and policies.
Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- 8-14 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Scala for data processing and ETL workflows
- Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
- Familiarity with big data frameworks like Apache Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
- Experience directing solution design and business processes redesign in a regulated environment
