Sr Associate Data Management

Amgen seeks a Sr Associate Data Management professional to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of data quality frameworks, standards, and controls to support business decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Perform in-depth data analysis and proactively identify anomalies, inconsistencies and gaps
• Document data quality issues and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define and implement data quality checks within the migration pipeline
• Lead the triage, investigation, and root cause analysis of data defects and validation failures
• Work closely with Business teams, IT teams, and Project Management teams to resolve complex DQ issues
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of data quality standards, best practices, and other artifacts
• Look for a scope to automate manual validation processes to improve efficiency
