Job Description
Join Amgen's Mission of Serving Patients as a Sr. Scrum Master, cultivating an environment where the team can stay focused and effectively use Lean and SAFe Agile practices. As a servant leader and coach, you will facilitate team events, educate the team about Agile practices, and remove roadblocks to progress. In partnership with the Product Owner, you will track team metrics and guide the team towards becoming a successful and self-managing unit.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and expertise in SAFe
- Jira hands on experience including work management and reporting
- Expert in driving PI planning events with support of Release Train Engineer in ART set up
- Excellent Project Management, People Management and Leadership skills in a software Development environment
- Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 8 to 13 years of experience in Information Systems
- SAFe Scrum Master certification is required
