Job Description
The TA/Product Knowledge & Learning Manager (Global Development) will drive scientific readiness across priority Global Development programs by translating disease, mechanism, and protocol rationale into high-impact learning. The role will support multiple therapeutic areas globally, working in close partnership with other Knowledge & Learning Managers to ensure scientific learning is consistent, scalable, and locally relevant.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree with 6+ years OR Master's degree with 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR at least 6 or more years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, or scientific training.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; systems thinking and design mindset.
- Experience supporting global clinical trials or scientific education across regions.
- Familiarity with role-based or scenario-based learning methods.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (LMS, SharePoint/OneDrive, authoring tools) and strong data literacy for KPI tracking.
