Director, Amazon

We're looking for a Director, Amazon to lead our Amazon channel and develop a long-term vision for Amazon. This role is primarily strategic and cross-functional, with a focus on brand storytelling, customer experience, and integrated growth. The Director will work closely with various teams to design Amazon-specific strategies and bring the brand's equity to life on Amazon.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or digital retail
• 4+ years specifically managing Amazon or working for Amazon
• Demonstrated success owning an Amazon P&L and scaling a 3P or hybrid business in beauty, personal care, or a similar brand-led category
• Expertise in Amazon content optimization, media strategy, catalog management, operations, and analytics
• Experience leading agencies, cross-functional teams, and internal direct reports
