The FFT Therapist role provides community-based intensive counseling services to youth and their families utilizing the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Model. The role involves managing a caseload, creating and maintaining clinical files, completing assessments and notes, and implementing AMIkids Way and Positive Youth Development principles.
