Job Description
The Youth Care Specialist Supervisor provides leadership and supervision of Youth Care Specialists, ensuring safe and secure operations of the program and compliance with contract requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Six consecutive months experience in a supervisory role required
- Minimum one year experience working with youth; preferably within the Juvenile Justice System
