AMIRI is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations across corporate and retail, with a focus on employee experience, compliance, talent operations, and organizational growth in a luxury fashion environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or luxury industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
