Job Description
Amity Foundation is seeking a ECM Clinical Care Manager to work with prison and re-entry programs. The role involves working with justice-involved individuals, providing clinical and case management services, and linking clients to housing, medical care, and benefits. The position requires experience working with mental health, substance abuse, homeless, and re-entry populations, as well as knowledge of re-entry systems, benefits navigation, and housing resources.
Requirements
- MFT or MSW degree with experience working with mental health, substance abuse, homeless, and/or re-entry populations
- Registered with the Board of Behavioral Science BBS
- Previous Clinical experience working with individuals recently released from jail or prison
- Comfortable working in secure custodial environments and community-based field settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in the community and within the organization
