Job Description
Amity Foundation is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Program Manager to oversee the Enhanced Care Management (ECM)- Community Supports (CS) project in Ventura County. The ideal candidate will have experience in substance abuse programs with a Justice Involved Population and excellent leadership and organizational development skills.
Requirements
- Four (4) year degree in Social Sciences or related fields AND two (3) years of full-time administrative supervisory experience working in a substance abuse program with Justice Involved Population
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work or related fields AND at least one (2) year of administrative supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and present data related to the ECM program model and outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of strong leadership and organizational development skills
- Ability to relate to diverse populations in a culturally sensitive way
