The Manager, Client Delivery will lead a team of analysts and oversee the day-to-day operations of client engagements to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Manage a team of 25+ analysts
• Identify top talent and coach and develop leaders into Senior Analyst roles
• Interact regularly with major clients to strengthen partnership and report results
• Oversee team's production and results and seek opportunities for improved efficiency and streamlined processes
• Provide production/service reporting to senior leadership and clients
• Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Managed Services practice
