Requirements
- 10+ Years experience in Industrial Power Transmission Product and Distribution Management / OEM Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with relevant techno-commercial selling experience in the region.
- Knowledge of Industrial market segments, distribution network, end users & competition for PT Products.
- Proven track record of achieving deliverables on New Business Development, End User Penetration and Setting Up Distribution Network and achieving deliverables on sales revenue, growth & business objectives.
- High level of customer centricity providing timely solutions and service thereby winning customer confidence.
- Influential & Strong Communication building customer relationships & Internal Managerial/Collaborative Skills
- Self-Driven, Forecasting, Analytical, Problem solving, Multi-tasking, & High Level of Integrity & Ownership.
- Experience in operating in a global work environment with diversity & inclusiveness and outside-in mindset.
- Proficiency in languages of English & Hindi and local language. Experience in Salesforce Management (CRM).
