Production Lead

Production Lead position with a growing company in the manufacturing industry. Provide direct supervision to team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive and productive team environment. Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Maintenance certifications).
• Proven experience working in an industrial environment involving manufacturing, automated, and modern equipment.
• Knowledge and/or exposure to continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead a team and project, including coordination of employees and contractors.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software (e.g., Maxpanda or equivalent).
