Job Description
Responsible for performing and monitoring activities related to aseptic area, following preventive maintenance schedules, and operating machines such as Vial Filling Machine and Vial Capping Machine.
Requirements
- Attend training as per schedule and follow TNI guidelines
- Perform and monitor activities related to aseptic area
- Follow preventive maintenance schedule of machines and equipment
- Ensure cleaning and sanitization of machines and area
- Operate Vial Filling Machine and Vial Capping Machine
- Inform supervisor of any observations or disturbances in aseptic area
- Update on self-hygiene and cleaning of area
- Follow SOPs and fill documents as required
- Fill log of area as per SOP and work execution
- Ensure UAF working in area
- Follow cGMP, Good Document Practice and discipline in the department
