Requirements
- 4+ years of experience hiring technical talent in fast-paced environments (startups, tech companies, or agencies)
- Deep sourcing expertise
- Strong end-to-end recruiting skills
- Excellent communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders alike
- High attention to detail, autonomy, and an ownership mindset
