Process Quality Engineeer

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Process Quality Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable Gas Control Valve (GCV) products in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant operation or engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of Quality and Lean principles, including structured root cause analysis methods (8D, 3×5Y).
• Experience applying Lean assembly techniques in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and perform dimensional inspection using precision measurement tools.
• Solid knowledge of assembly and test processes for mechanical products.
• Understanding of drafting standards and engineering documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of US/EU product certification standards, including PED and ATEX compliance.
• Proficiency with 2D drafting and 3D modelling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
