Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our team at AMP. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for consulting with business and technology leaders to create their strategy and associated delivery roadmaps. You will also lead the work of a team of Business Analysts and be responsible for creating and defining innovative solutions to meet business problems.

• Leading and directing analysis activities for an initiative
• Custodian of the Business Analysis practice, processes and tools
• Govern and oversee a delivery squad's analysis, documentation and processes
• Drive continuous improvement in the delivery team's analysis output
