Job Description
Amperos Health is looking for a full-time Product Designer to work on revenue cycle management (RCM) technology. The role involves designing and thinking deeply about how humans and AI collaborate in software.
Requirements
- Can design elegant but familiar experiences for users that are used to antiquated software
- Strong product discovery skills and user research experience with B2B and/or healthcare software
- Experience building out a design system from 0-1
- At the frontier of using AI/LLM tools in your design processes (ie Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor)
- Very organized in Figma
