Job Description
Ampersand is seeking a Billing Operations Coordinator to support its impression-based business with a strong focus on Addressable and Political campaigns. The role involves providing finance and operational support to the sales department, managing various invoice requirements, reconciliations, and day-to-day operational and financial aspects of business transactions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the digital advertising or digital media industry
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools, dashboards, and online analytics platforms
- Background in cable, media, or related industries is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Experience working with automated billing, invoicing, and payment systems
