Director of Dental Operations oversees daily operations of all dental clinics to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and achievement of financial and performance goals. The role manages Dental Supervisors, leads performance improvement initiatives, and supports strategic growth of the dental program while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in healthcare or dental operations required
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, performance metrics, budgeting, and quality improvement
• Experience supervising managers or supervisors preferred
• Knowledge of FQHC regulations and compliance standards preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced environment
