Job Description
The Medical Receptionist provides assistance to patients on the telephone and at the front desk, and processes all receipts. Responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, processing initial registration information, scheduling appointments, and verifying medical coverage.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use Microsoft Word for basic correspondence
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (English/Punjabi) (English/Hmong) preferred
- Medical Assistant certification
