Requirements
- Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist
- 1+ year training or related experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Current knowledge of hearing aid devices and technology
- Experience in a customer-facing role, dedicated to providing high-quality customer service
- Confident, attentive, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems
