Job Description
Amplify Health is seeking a Head of Business Solutions to drive the development and execution of strategic business solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative business solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business solutions development and implementation in the health insurance or health technology sector
- Proven experience in providing consulting services, preferably engagement of B2B clients
- Preferably experienced managing P&L of business solutions initiatives
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, build and manage high-performing teams across different geographies
- Strong understanding of health insurance industry and technology products
